As a Strategy Analysty you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization by providing insights, research, and analytical support to the Founder. This role is designed for high achievers with a passion for solving complex problems, driving innovation, and contributing to impactful decision-making. The candidate will work on cross-functional initiatives that directly influence the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Strategic Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Analyze industry reports and synthesize key insights to support strategic planning.
2. Business Case Development:
- Evaluate new business opportunities and create financial models to assess feasibility.
- Develop detailed business cases with recommendations for senior leadership.
3. Data-Driven Insights:
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to collect and analyze data for operational improvements.
- Present findings through visualizations and reports to inform decision-making.
4. Project Management:
- Plan, track, and manage strategic initiatives and special projects led by the Founder.
- Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables align with the company's goals.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads to align strategies and track the performance of critical initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between the Founder and cross-functional teams.
6. Financial Modeling and Reporting:
- Build robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Provide detailed performance dashboards for the Founder's review.
7. Special Assignments:
- Lead or contribute to high-priority projects that may include market entry, operational restructuring, or innovation planning.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quantitative data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams and functions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputed institute (IIT/NIT/IIM/FMS or equivalent).
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or corporate strategy.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination is a plus.
