Job Summary:.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with the goal of driving online traffic, increasing conversions, and achieving company objectives.
This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt campaigns based on performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads.
- Optimize existing campaigns to maximize performance, focusing on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough keyword research and develop effective keyword strategies.
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to meet budget and performance goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate comprehensive reports on key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and cost-per-click (CPC).
- Identify trends and insights from data to continuously improve ad performance.
- Provide recommendations for optimization and adjustments to meet client or business goals.
Ad Copy & Creative Development:.
- Develop and test compelling ad copy to ensure relevance and engagement with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality landing pages, banners, and other ad creatives.
A/B Testing & Optimization:.
- Run A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve ad effectiveness.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance, continuously testing new strategies, keywords, and creative formats.
Budget Management:.
- Effectively allocate and manage campaign budgets to maximize the performance of Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor daily and monthly budgets to ensure proper spend allocation and avoid overspending.
Collaboration & Communication:.
- Work closely with the marketing and analytics teams to align Google Ads strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate campaign performance and results to stakeholders, offering actionable insights.
Requirements:.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on paid search and display advertising.
- Google Ads certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:.
- Experience with Google Shopping and YouTube ads.
- Familiarity with other paid advertising platforms such as Bing Ads or Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to paid search advertising.
Education & Experience:.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 6+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
