Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with 10-15 years of expertise in designing exceptional user experiences and interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern design principles, cutting-edge tools, and emerging trends in the industry.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, innovative, and visually appealing user-centric designs for our products.

Key Responsibilities :

UI/UX Design Leadership :

- Lead the design process from concept to final delivery across all product interfaces.

- Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards for the team.

User-Centric Design :

- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to create solutions that address user needs and business goals.

- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide design decisions.

Prototype Development :

- Design high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for web and mobile applications.

- Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others to present concepts effectively.

Collaborative Development :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with product objectives.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers in the team.

Trend Awareness :

- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and competitive.

- Implement innovations like AI-driven design, voice interfaces, and AR/VR elements as appropriate.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.

Experience : 10-15 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in tech or product companies.

Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, with a focus on user-centric and innovative solutions.

Skills Required :

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with development teams.

- Expertise in usability testing, A/B testing, heatmaps, and user feedback tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Crazy Egg.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Leadership qualities with experience mentoring junior designers.
