UX Manager - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD (10-20 yrs)

Job Overview :

Radiant Digital is seeking an experienced CX/UX Manager based offshore in India. This role is responsible for driving customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) strategies, ensuring quality client project execution, and supporting internal project delivery.

The CX/UX Manager will also play a key role in supporting international and education business development (BD) goals, enhancing team skills, and leading recruiting efforts. This role requires a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise-level CX and UX work.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Support International & Education BD :

a. Align UX/CX strategies with offshore BD goals to support business development efforts in international and educational markets.

b. Contribute to proposals and client pitches by showcasing expertise in CX and UX.

2. Client Project Delivery :

a. Oversee and ensure timely, high-quality execution of client projects, meeting all client expectations and project objectives.

b. Act as a primary point of contact for clients on UX/CX project matters, maintaining strong client relationships.

3. Solution Leadership :

a. Lead the development of innovative UX/CX solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives.

b. Stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide forward-thinking solutions and maintain competitive offerings.

4. Internal Project Delivery :

a. Ensure quality in the execution of internal projects, aligning with company standards and strategic goals.

b. Manage cross-functional collaboration to enhance internal UX/CX practices.

5. Training & Recruiting :

a. Mentor and enhance the skills of the UX/CX team, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.

b. Lead recruiting efforts to expand the UX/CX team with talented individuals aligned with Radiant Digital's values and goals.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years in a UX/CX leadership role, preferably within an enterprise or digital agency environment.

- Portfolio : Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise-level CX and UX work.

- Skills : Deep expertise in CX/UX design, user research, and strategy development.

- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with CX platforms and analytics tools.

- Leadership Skills : Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.

- Communication : Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both offshore and onshore teams.

- Client Focus : Strong focus on understanding and exceeding client needs, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term satisfaction.
