UX Designer - Figma/Sketch (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading user experience design efforts from research and analysis to prototyping, user testing, and implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of intuitive, user-friendly solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis :

- Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

- Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the design process.

Wireframing & Prototyping :

- Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI designers, and developers to transform concepts into functional prototypes.

User Testing & Feedback :

- Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and ensure solutions meet user needs.

- Gather feedback via user testing sessions, A/B testing, and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.

Information Architecture & Interaction Design :

- Design intuitive navigation structures and layouts that align with user expectations and business goals.

- Develop seamless user flows, ensuring all interactions are logical and contribute to a smooth, efficient user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with developers to ensure user experience goals are realized in the final product.

- Present UX design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and continuously refining the design.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance the design process.

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, metrics, and best practices to ensure continuous product improvement.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of user-centered design practices.

- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.

- Experience with user research and usability testing tools like UserTesting, Lookback, and Optimal Workshop.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze user behavior.

- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and information architecture.

- Excellent communication skills for presenting designs and collaborating with team members.
