Functional Consultant - ERP Implementation (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We build Enterprise-Scale AI/ML-powered products for Manufacturing, Sustainability and Supply Chain. We are looking for a Functional Consultant to help us to gather requirements, preparation of detailed analysis, understand data from various data sources as part of data discovery, and assist implementation consultants to build data pipelines and data analysis on the standard product for our esteem customers. By joining our team, you will take part in various projects, involves working with clients to successfully implement and integrate a -'s products, software, or systems into their existing infrastructure or - cloud.

What You'll Do :

- Preparation of detailed analysis of business processes, including client interviews, current flow validation, and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points

- Providing applications support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product

- Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer, conveying customer feedback to application development staff

- Delivering tasks on time and in line with client expectations

- Analyze client requirements and help implementation consultants to configure the product or system accordingly. Communicate product owner on the new functionalities to be developed in the product if required

- Managing, developing and encouraging junior members of the team

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use of the product or system

- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and the company's product portfolio

Requirements & Skills :

- Overall 10+ years of experience having Bachelor's degree/Master's degree or equivalent practical experience

- 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain, manufacturing, logistic department as domain specialist

- Deep experience of at least one major ERP supply chain solution preferably SAP

- Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefing

- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills are required good interpersonal and organizational skill
