Job Purpose:
As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities and serving as the main point of contact for cross-functional marketing requirements. Your focus will be on strategy development, content creation, lead generation, campaign execution, and analytics to support our B2B marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Market Research:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
- Leverage market research and industry trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation and business growth.
Content Creation:
- Assist in the creation of compelling, industry-relevant content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and infographics, backed by industry and competitor research.
- Ensure that all content is consistent with the brand voice and resonates with the target B2B audience.
Organic Lead Generation:
- Implement and optimize organic channels for lead generation, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve and refine lead generation efforts.
Campaign Execution:
- Coordinate and execute B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms relevant to B2B audiences.
- Create engaging content, engage with industry conversations, and build the company's online presence.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns designed to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize email workflows, segmentation, and campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, using data to make informed recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B software marketing.
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of organic lead generation channels, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in running paid campaigns for B2B marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
