Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very helpful, friendly and supportive. Management is transparent, open to suggestion and new ideas. We go out on regular team lunches and dinners to high end restaurants.

Dislikes

Nothing. Actually the company is very good. Their ex. HR (Ak... Yam..) was very political and cunning. She will only favor her friends and say negative things to management and vice versa. Good that they have fired her. She was caught violating company NDA.

Working at Targetorate Consulting has been an enriching experience for me in more ways than one. I have worked in 3 agencies before in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Hyderabad. This company has very collaborative work environment. My colleagues are from diverse backgrounds and how everyone comes together to solve complex problems is amazing.They also have open-door policy. The team is exceptionally talented. We learn from each other, celebrate wins together, and tackle challenges. This is the best team I have worked with so far. This I really want to highlight is how they encourage professional growth. Pursuing certifications, or exploring new domains, the company provides ample opportunities for learning. I appreciate the support and time they invest in our development. In have done 2 certification in 2 years, and it also help me get good appraisals. Actually my coworkers are more of my friends. From crazy chai breaks to team lunches, the friendly atmosphere is really enjoyable. Company knows how to balance work and play. My overall experience has been very positive. Occasionally (maybe like once in a quarter) we face workload due to deadlines. Otherwise everything is good.

They have nice communication policy, so our opinions are heard and valued. I like this a lot here. Apart from that friendly work environment, my co-workers are cooperative, and HR team celebrate all festivals. Overall, this company is very employee-friendly. We go for employee outings every 3/4 months. You will be surprised with random pizza and snacks parties.
