1.They don't give any combo off or payment for overtime or extra days, they simply convince us to do for client requirements. 2.They don't give respect to employees. 3.They just need working hours. 4.Workculture is the worse thing. 5.we should never expect the Increments and incentives based on the performance. 6.Not even the mineral water we can't expect. 7.We can't even survive after leaving the organization just because of the projects. 8.Toxic work environment. 9.Break timings are the worse(15min tea, 25min for dinner) 10.None can dare to sip the tea they provide in the breaks....Read More

Worst adminstration by TAO🤬, Because management is similar to school management CEO is a director ,HR's are board members,manager is a principal, project manager's are class teachers, mentor's are class leaders and production engineer's are students. There are two brekes in hole shift first break (15 min) the second (Lunch)break (25 min) If you want leave take permission from class teachers, if they didn't give u must come school (office). The increments and incentives are didn't come timely. zero benifits. They didn't allow any kind of your belongings including water bottle 😀. This organization treats employees like machines because it is a commercial company working on hours.
