Dirty Politics, too much bargaining on salary, ditching hr policies, terrible job security can sack any time without any reason. They start micromanagement just like that, you have to maintain sheets PPT of everything. If you have strong skill of sycophancy, then without experience and knowledge, every year in the company gets a good hike in salary and promotion without any hard work. I have spent **years with this company., but whenever the appraisal time comes closer the whole company comes into losses and all seniors start crying, but till now the company has been running for 22 years, I do not know what kind of losses they are facing, how efficiently they are handling them.
