I was contacted by a recruiter from this company seeing my Naukri profile. What kind of recruiter is he? He doesn't even know what is front end and back end? He has no idea on the job or the description he is referring to? I am surprised if the management is not taking attention to these silly things. What is the HR doing there? Or I am surprised if a bull shit company like this have an HR or not. Once you join Client place no further documentation, distribute in work life.

As they are hiring on fixed contract basis there is no job security, health insurance and other employee benefits. I have not complaint about company but there was no cooperation form Admin, HR and account staff.
