I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Leave Policy, Bond, Some Managers who made my life a living hell (literally). No concept of half day. They will cut your salary if you don't wear formal, if you come a minute late.
