Only thing good here is you can have a good practice and hold in Aptitude or whatever skill you have chosen

Dislikes

There are many cons of working here. One of the biggest con is salary, they don't pay you on time. I was working during lockdown and didn't even got paid till now (it's been nearly two years). I have 4 months salary which is pending and amounts to 1Lakh, they first said will pay only half due to covid I even agreed for that and for my surprise they didn't even pay half of the salary. The management here is very very bad. Nobody responds to the calls. Mr. Arvind Kumar one of the founders does not even reply to emails, texts I do about my pending salary. I called nearly 500 times no one bothers to answer. I request anyone who is joining please don't join this company take 6 more months and work on your skills but don't join. I have faced many issues here starting from body shaming to salary issue....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
