This company appears to value relentless work ethics over employee well-being, having a toxic work environment. My manager got upset when he/she got to know my salary. They want to get their work done at any cost if you want to take a leave you can't or they shout multiple times throughout the day. They expect us to function in multiple departments, whether it burdens us or they blame us for doing our job. employees have to make their schedule as the manager like till very late every day which hampers the social life outside the company.
