My experience was totally bad thank you

Dislikes

Takalar Institute initially during interview they decided salary but never give that specific decided. They take so much of fees from students but they give peanuts to the teachers . Teachers are paid very low in takalar institute . They call up teacher on clock hr base and even tell them to do the other stuff like checking paper and for that they are not paid. They pay very less salary. I have worked in takalar institute for 1 year and my experience is bad . Students they left the class as they were not getting the quality teaching . Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
