Work culture is Good & Secure. There is personal professional life balance. For beginners there is a good scope of learning as Seniors try to involve the team in all functions of department.

As of now I didn't find any dislikes about TAK Technologies.

Work Details

My role is quite challenging but it is giving me confidence to tackle different situations.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
