The entire management thrives on Toxicity, and this starts from the top (COO) Everyone in the system is insecure about their roles and this gets passed on down the line. The CXO who are supposed to set the work culture just fail terribly in doing so and spread their insecurities down the line in a very toxic manner. They have no respect what so ever for people reporting to them. Its like the CXO's do not have any ears, it's just one way traffic. The Only good thing about TS is that when you enter, you will be paid handsome hike.

Almost everything else (minus the salary). You're expected to work round the clock & respond to calls / messages almost instantly. You forget that you're a human being & tend to be awake all the time. If the work doesn't kill you here, the instability / uncertainty will.
