I don’t think there was anything to like about the job profile or the company.

Dislikes

Work-life balance just doesn’t exist here. No systems or SOPs being followed throughout the company. Very long work hours, and you’ll be made to work over the weekends as well. Since there are no backups, you mostly probably will have to work during your privilege leaves.

The entire management thrives on Toxicity, and this starts from the top (COO) Everyone in the system is insecure about their roles and this gets passed on down the line. The CXO who are supposed to set the work culture just fail terribly in doing so and spread their insecurities down the line in a very toxic manner. They have no respect what so ever for people reporting to them. Its like the CXO's do not have any ears, it's just one way traffic.
