Two and half years back, I joined this company. The Onboarding process was friendly and straightforward. The HR/ER teams are always ready to listen to you and engage you with their welfare and fun activities. On my first project,t Taazaa provide me greate exposue and enought room to grow my interpersonal skill which later help to carry out my work with more confidence and client orientation. During the hard time of Covid-19, Taazaa did't brind any changes to it's policies expect WFH policy, as a result it was a smooth passage of Covid-19 with Taazaa.
