3 days work from office 9 hr. It’s not strict 9hr but you have to at least 8 hr. Complication taking work from home(for 1-2 week ).

Dislikes

Favoritism and office politics, particularly among senior management with over five years of tenure, are prevalent. Women’s safety is a significant concern, especially for freshers or new hires. Those who raise issues often face retaliation, with some feeling forced to leave the organization. Management is generally unresponsive to addressing employee concerns. The hybrid work policy frequently changes, leave allowances are minimal, and weekend work is often required. Furthermore, recognition and rewards are not based on merit but rather on personal favoritism. Employees who engage in flattery, particularly toward certain individuals like Rohini and Ipshita, are more likely to receive praise and better appraisals, while hardworking and high-performing employees are often given vague promises for future recognition that never materialize. Especially hybrid work is really good, and work life balance is also very good there is no micro-management , and u have your own personal time to complete your work which I love the most
