Favoritism and office politics, particularly among senior management with over five years of tenure, are prevalent. Women’s safety is a significant concern, especially for freshers or new hires. Those who raise issues often face retaliation, with some feeling forced to leave the organization. Management is generally unresponsive to addressing employee concerns. The hybrid work policy frequently changes, leave allowances are minimal, and weekend work is often required. Furthermore, recognition and rewards are not based on merit but rather on personal favoritism. Especially hybrid work is really good, and work life balance is also very good there is no micro-management , and u have your own personal time to complete your work which I love the most
