Managers do politics till the employee resign his/her job. Everyone should accept the words of manager even though its not good for the product or company. Simply he/she has to soap the manager for everything. Worst ever company I have ever worked. Management won't mind these things even though they come to know because they just want money.

Abuhafs our VP is something I like about T2S. It's dress code and their helpful nature in providing free quality food. Charity and gesture of Good will acts towards the needful is something awesome that I have winessed. The cash prize and quick treats are something cool. Good incentive with unrealistic target ( few still earn without C -smart goals). Birthday gifts, marriage gifts are very cool.

T2S as a company has an amazing product which is making good progress in the market however it's Ethics and integrity does not allow the process to be structured.
