Abuhafs our VP is something I like about T2S. It's dress code and their helpful nature in providing free quality food. Charity and gesture of Good will acts towards the needful is something awesome that I have winessed. The cash prize and quick treats are something cool. Good incentive with unrealistic target ( few still earn without C -smart goals). Birthday gifts, marriage gifts are very cool.

T2S as a company has an amazing product which is making good progress in the market however it's Ethics and integrity does not allow the process to be structured. Not one director or manager's farwell have I witnessed in my tenure. The company is a joke. Most of the people working around are high on green (u know wat I mean) and some other stuff. Authorities should look in to this first. Work life is pathatic. No training just r&d with crappy people. No one sticks around for long unless they are back hole kissers.

They lack the skills to be a manager - the managers - product managers and line managers survive by creating conflicts between the team members. - very bad product management. Micromanagement, Cheap politics, Managers are not educated, unprofessionalism within the team, HR people work only for the Higher level people, too much of hierarchy that is why the company is not getting developed. Management could have been taken few steps to understand what's right and wrong before terminating a good performing resource. They are one-sided. They don't talk to employees, understand the problems and scenarios rather than blindly trusting supervisors. There are a lot of internal politics. Not a secured place to work for girls.
