I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I worked 4 years in TRC as audit assistant in various audits. After having handfull of exp in accounts, payroll & banking ops joined TRC but I wasn't given correct designation wat I deserved as per my skills & exp. And even salary package was given low and later hike was given before leaving TRC

Dislikes

Audits/tasks are t given to everyone on rotational basis. Importance not given to everyone irrespective of designation & cadre. Hike given only to few based on audits not everyone based on performance
