No training was provided, and no safety precautions were followed at the time of working many accidents happened during production but management did not take them seriously and no safety was provided for workers as well as staff. No job security.Any types of work any employees nothing any JD decided or KRA,every day employees JD change. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

They will hire you and fire you within few months and they will mentally torture you when you started working till you leave the company.They don't have organisation policy,no work life balance,so I recommend no one should join the organisation,join if you don't have other opportunity.No job security.

Systematic will literally bust your life. As I have to write good things in this section, i can say you will learn a lot here because you are the logistics, you are the sales, you are the operations, you are the finance. You have to do all the work including your own profile which helps to gain more knowledge.

oh my where do I start. Work Culture is absolutely pathetic. Work life balance does not exist. You will get calls even after you go home. Not 1 or 2 calls continues work related calls even after 11pm. (plant is working 24*7). CEO just wants sales order and then doesn't matter how the products are delivered.
