My Honest Review of India Systal: I strongly advise against considering this company for your career. In my experience, there is 0% career growth, and joining India Systal could potentially end your career prospects. After working here, finding opportunities in reputable companies becomes difficult. Additionally, they have a very unconventional salary account setup with HSBC, which isn't even listed in most corporate banking options. The benefits you get here are minimal compared to what other companies offer. The management, especially the Regional HR Manager and their assistant, lacks professionalism and treats the company as if it were their personal property. They do not follow proper exit formalities—sending important exit information to personal email addresses instead of using official communication channels. There is no structured exit process in place. Regarding salary, don't expect much. Yearly increments are either nonexistent or extremely low, typically between 1% to 2% at best. This is my real experience and an honest review of my time at India Systal. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and growing career....Read More
