Nothing. Work on every weekend. Work on late evenings. No work hierarchy defined

Bad management. No learnings. They don't know how to work in a team. They hire you for different position and expect you to do different work. No job security

Initially they tend to pretend like they are caring towards employees but unfortunately they are judging you on the leaves you take. Your performance is being measured on the basis of your leaves.

Dislikes

They do not follow organisation hierarchy No work life balance daily i had meetings from 6pm ist No job security No proper workflow or work allotment Nobody knows what is scope of work They believe in conducting meetings without any results

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
