Everything is good but only work from home policy is not good if you want to spend time with your parents and if you want to do work in your loving place for sometime there is not option for these things.

Office culture is great, everyone is focused on learning and improving their skills, team members and team leads are very supportive and helping, They give u lots of responsibility in a short period of time.

Management could use a little help with project assignment and resource allocation. Salary and appraisals are ok but not as great as compared to the responsibility a person is given.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
