Its a dream job for any techie who wants to build stuff from scratch. Its not a place for average coders.

Nothing. Below review by "Vice President engineering" is fake review by a junior engineer who got terminated recently for moonlighting (doing two jobs at the same time illegally). SynOption doesn't have titles like "VP" and all senior staff are still here, no one left!

Nothing . its not a company like a small shop. if you want play with your carrier then join otherwise don't join this 4th class company

no job security. any time can lost your job no hr policies no any any single facility no appraisal only work work work day and night even Saturday and Sunday no any relieving letter after left the job

They will try not to pay the notice period salary and they will send mails to your next employer claiming that you have done nothing and you are a useless person.

I have worked in big banks before where i learnt little and wasted lot of energy on office politics even if i didn't want to. Here at SynOption, we are still allowed to WFH even though some staff misuse this privilege, there is zero office politics and we can focus on our work and skill development. People are regularly allowed to move between roles like from Support to Dev etc.

Dislikes

The HR and Management should take strict action on people who are misusing WFH. Because of them other may be impacted negatively in future.

Great company with a lot of apportunities. You are definitely going to learn a lot if you are willing to join this comany. If you are new joinee and experienced then you are supposed to perform asap. However junior software engineers are very helpful. Senior software engineers/TL give task with proper direction and then it depends on you how you perform the task.
