Management but not always, they will help you out always. Few of team-met are not helpful and they will bud. The appraisal was not good either, till you showed offer you got from other they won't give you a better salary.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
