It is quite average to work in Synergy Business Pvt Ltd, as i am working here under direct guidance of company director. Handling accounts individually, also handling our international client's from Slovakia, Brazil, China etc. As my director is president of indian refrigeration association so I had some new market contact with somesenior level officials of the industry. It is quite good to learn from a person who already served the industry for more then 45 years. I got to learn business creation, business atticates, also got some good orders for my company. I went through a proper business cycle including Business planning , it's layout, execution and many more I.e marketing, sales etc. Working with a senior official is quite good and can give you so much to observe and to implement in future project....Read More

I had been for more then one year in this company and now I feel I can not learn more things from here, now I wanna explore something new, so this is my reason to switch from this company.

Work Details

It is quite normal. People are cool here in this office. They need output and I always perform well in that domain. So for me this is overall nice.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
