I can say overall the company is exceptional, I was an amateur when I was employed at Xinergistix. They gave me a chance to grow from a leaner driver to an experienced driver. I was earning like any other senior drivers. The environment was conducive from drivers up to the top management. I am an experienced trucker today because of Xinergistix, that is the security I may advocate for myself. As we all believe that security is based on financial stability, with Xinergistix I stand to differ. To me I everything about trucking industry is the security from Xinergistix, they gave a life time gift. I can not lie, I loved everything about Xinergistix. If render myself as a person who dislike any company which strives to grow through profits, I am not professional. To me dislike is a strong word, because it makes me expose my weakness as a trucker, because my weakness is were I gain my strength to learn new things.
