Good hike when hiring. Good teams and projects to work on. Good learning for freshers (fair growth for experienced). They only provides Udemy for some good courses available for you. They sometimes listen if you have to switch between the technologies (or projects).

1. Low or differentiated growth opportunities among the employees. 2. Office politics 3. Manager Favouritism 4. Not a policy to question management or they will find a way to shut your mouth (for this season they have this common line-"you know how market is and we are keeping you that's a lot." 🙄 5. If you want to switch to another project, they will put you on bench till you get selected in your asked project. If you can not land into that project within 3 months or so...they may terminate you.
