No proper process, No systematic approach, HR is not for associate wellbeing’s. No proper hike process, hike process is depends on your package not on your performance. So if you are getting high salary then don’t expect pay on your performance. If you are in bench for more than a month then you will be terminated immediately with 3months Salary. You are no longer with the company suddenly without any notice. All access will be revoked. No will be your POC when you wanna discuss about your rights or policy. I never seen such worst company in my 10 yrs of experience. Don’t fall for Recruiters perks about company. Get in touch with real time employee then decide it.
