The company policies are great but compensation are less and since covid hit it the work culture went downhill.

Dislikes

There is nothing specific but they did become a little not so friendly towards employees after covid hit the management went downhill and they i guess stopped caring about employees.

Don't like by managers coz treat us like kids about places in here we have to sit and whom to talk and not talk... Leave policies are not good don't have enough slots for employees to apply out of 3-400 ppl we get only 5-7 slots a day of leave

Synchrony has excellent team culture.It has excellent training programmes. The managers are very frendly and helpful.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts to latest technology.It has an excellent work culture.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high.
