The management, work life balance every little thing in synchrony is top notch , there are no compramises at all they understand and provide any help needed , no tensions for leaves if you plan accordingly it's just the best company ever I don't think it can be compared to any other company or some other company can beat synchrony in any way ✨

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning a. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
