Dislikes

Salary will be low comparing to market standards and frst 2 years there will not be PF deduction. They will be telling every 6 months hike but comparitively low salary compared to other companies and will tell 10 % hike based on performance but even after 10% market standards will not meet.Too much work pressure and deadlines in the short span of time. No employee benefits rather than WFH.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Romance policy... It is like school.. You shouldn't love or marry anyone in the company.. If you break, You will fire immediately... Finally HR team.. They will send circular even though they knew it is not practically possible. Then, Most of the employees and manager address the problem, they withdraw or change it.

Syncfusion is a decent company to work for and offers great opportunities, particularly for freshers. However, there is a lack of proper policies to ensure individuals are treated with respect and humility.

Dislikes

In the Motion Graphics team, the manager is exhibits extremely toxic behavior. He described as unethical and mentally unhealthy, expecting team members to act subserviently. His toxic behavior has led to over six team members leaving and more than three candidates withdrawing from Syncfusion without securing alternative opportunities. For many freshers, especially those relocating to Chennai from other districts, this job represents a crucial career opportunity. Syncfusion, as a reputed product company, holds significant promise for such individuals. While the company aims to foster a disciplined and professional work environment, managers like him are allegedly misusing their authority and position. He is seen as unfit for a management role, lacking both the qualities and technical skills required. Beyond technical expertise, a manager must know how to treat individuals with respect and manage a team selflessly. Unfortunately, no significant action or resolution appears to have been taken by his superiors to address these issues. Although we are no longer working at Syncfusion, the experience still feels like a lingering mental trauma. His behavior involved mentally abusing team members, leaving a lasting negative impact. We strongly urge that no one, especially freshers, be assigned under his supervision to prevent others from enduring similar mistreatment. If you a good knowledge in c# language then this company is suits for you otherwise it's not suitable for you. In training they provide basics information about c# language and they covered the basic within 2 days and also they give 50 to 60 question per day for assignment for 2 - 3 days it's overall 120 question are given and alsothey put a pressure to finish after that they conduct a phase 1 test for three medium......like this there are 3 phase test you want to complete. Based on Your performance they push you to resign or terminate you within 1 or 2 Trainers are avoiding some person like me because of asking doubts in private. If your a fresher and you don't know about c#. Please concern below: * They don't give time to learn otherwise they will pressure you to complete. * Don't judge this role by interview process because they conduct technical interview with python but in your role uts completely c#. *Salary hike is based on your rating. But they give only 2.5 to 3 rating in training period. Note; Easy phase is training but it's completed dificult if you're new to this field because I'm non IT field but I know python. *Importantly please forget your sleep and health for upto 8 to 10 months after that it's depends upon your team. No work life balance. *And there somany dislikes are there but if you investigate about this company they only portray this company like Job security, WFH, 6 months once hike.
