Motion Graphic Designer manager named Gowtham Murugan is a toxic person. Intially, he splits the team into two parts: one is SVG team and another is the Motion Graphic team. If you are got selected, please get into the SVG team, because there will be no work and we can be safe in that team. If you got into the motion graphic team, rest in history. This manager will not do his work, he just plays only blame game like how we can transfer the blame to the team person. The client or reporter will be nice. They come for a requirement or solution for their problem. As a team member we can solve their problem. But here comes our manager, will not makes us to do the work according to their needs. Our manager will come with a solution that is irrelevant to the client need (he also knows that it is irrelevant) and an additional problem for us. This circle goes on and on, till we meet the escalation. After escalation, our manager will be questioned by the client for the escalation. Here our manager will starts to play the blame game. (If you get into the team you can explore more). The management, HR and our superior manager named Manoj G will not take any action about him even if you complain. More than 7 member from Gowtham's team has been resigned from their position due to his toxicity but he stays safely in the company. (4 members are experienced , 3 are freshers and other members are got changed their team). Only one member has been got selected as a Motion Graphic Designer for the past year and his name Dhanushkumar Moorthy one of the cousin of Gowtham Murugan. (If you are relative to the manager you can be able to stay safe in this company). Please note Manoj G is a good person, but he will not take action upon Gowtham Murugan. If you are applying for Motion Graphic Designer role after reading the above review, firstly my heartly congrats for your journey. I will share some tips below that you can follow. *First always be a sombu to the manager. *Try as much as possible to get into the SVG team. *Always says that I don't know *Always agree with the manager solution even it is not possible. *Speak wrong about the person who is the enemy for the manager. ( You will get to know) *Don't even work after the checkout time, even it is a simple work. Once you get started, you will be get used lot of the time. *Don't complain about him to the superior manager and don't even try to be revolutionary. *Be ready to cop up with all the nonsense for the manager.
