It was horrible work experience with sybrant technology. I won't suggest this company to anyone. Please don't join there.

No appraisal. The manager only supports her friend. So if someone is doing good they aren't appreciated there. Even HR keeps changing on every month because of the manager.

Nice company to work and learn from the company, we can able to learn lot of information about the project and it will be helpful for our career development.

The managers are very rude and worst .They will not see the work what we have done ,but thry will definitely find you the mistakes and they will point out the mistakes only.

sybrant is like a sugarcane factory.. thats the way the management runs the place. when i say management, i am talking abt only a couple of people who is running things. so mostly its dictatorship.

2 years into hell.. not even gonna bother explaining.. i worked for 10 to 11 hrs average everyday.. occasionally 30 to 40 hours at a stretch.. management doesnt give a damn about the stress or harmful health effects that employees go thru..
