No time management. Hr policies are also not good. You get shifte allowance after salary. If you get some training they signed a bond for same. Even joining letter they mentioned if you got appraisal and then you resign you need give back whetever appraisal amount still date . Non disclosure agreement is signed on bond paper putting what not condition in the bond paper.

Nothing as specific. But one thing can be good change: Every now and then HR/Manager should connect with employees who are permanently deployed at client side to see the status of their moral. If they have any problem to discuss (personal or work related). If the employee needs some time off, if there is any pressure which he is countering.
