Co. Culture, co-operative superior staff, huge products portfolio and most important that add more and more new innovative products in portfolio then we generate new business.

Some products in short supply issues. and any changes in any products don't inform to field staff from the management. Some products box size to change for more quintity. And foil' s boxes are not proper gumming.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
