I think i should start with cons since there is a lot. Cons: 1. Everyone is dumb other than business analyst and junior associates. Since they know more about how to run the company. And processes that should be followed Rather than the upper management itself. 2. Even the worst startups are better at things than them. 3. They thinkthey are cutting edge like changing the world stuff but worst technology stack they are working on 4. They cant even afford licensed microsoft office version thats how cheap they are and some other softwares too. Which they use as pirated . 5. Hr herself doesn’t know why she is there . I think just to clap and blabber nothing much i guess. 6. I think this company has the worst communication between management that i have seen ever . 7. Only communication i have seen is when they want to create. Unnecessary fuss out of things. Like why you have worn these shoes why your shirt is not tucked why have you folded your arms. 8. The company is a toxic workplace (if you can call it that) who ever touches it has left the company in 6 months 9. I have been hearing from more than 2 years that strength will be increased to 100 plus but people leave in a bundle like At least 4 per month minimum. 10. The whole work culture is so weird no hierarchy no work load no sanity no expectations ( bas kr do muje ni pta ) set in place 11. The work hours are 8 am to till you die 12. Dont expect breathing space for yourself 13. Dont expect any life 14. You are bonded labour paid a bit more thats all 15. Your year end review will be done 50 times a year Now tell me how will a person be able to perform if you are gonna batter him or her into pulp and expect same results. 16. The expectations are god level like read and understand 700 pager docs in 1 night ( reference point 11 ) 17. They are charging you for food even when you are working for home . Food is bad though. 18. The salary components make sense the ctc is highly bloated. 19. The laughing part is they are so indecisive that a guy resigned he went away they called him back to work again and then again sent him mind that this happened in a single day🤣 20. Your information will be noted down. As to how many time you have gone outside how many times you have gotten up and also if you talk to your colleagues you will be scolded like in school and bear in mind that the washroom is outside the office so you have to get up again and again so dont drink water. 21. They say they are top tier company but the reality is the company has no clear policies or guidelines and if are any they are used by management to benefit themselves and harass the employees. 22. In the name of hiring they hire from iims iits and other top tier universities and give them lollipop of high package which infact is a hoax since there are so many components in the package which you dont get . Cons con: 1. People are literally afraid about their mental health 2. No life 3. Deteriorating health 4. No empathy by management 5.
