oh god where do i start: >No work life balance. The manager can call you at 2 AM in night asking you about the update >14 hours working is normal and required here. But doing so will fire you. you have to work 27 hours a day, even after that you will have to be prepared for the rage >No appreciation, nothing at all, i mean nada, no,zero >Humanity and humility....sorry what ? Since it's a consultancy firm so work life balance takes a toll sometime but that's manageable as peers and team members are very helpful

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
