They don't acknowledge the talent in employee. Behaviors of directors are very pathetic. There is zero job security, like they will hire an employee with so much effort and process but after one or two months they suddenly realize the profile is not needed. They follow different rules and regulations for different employee. There is no training and development, Sr. consultants doesn't guide or help you to improve your skills. Nothing. They are basically blood sucking parasites. In time of Covid they reduce our salary 40 to 50%. They have deducted our basic which also impacted on our PF. Now they are basically blackmailing us to work in fulltime mode with is half package. No health insurance is there. The funny thing is that till now they do not have any impact on their revenue due to Covid. When we point out that they are saying that they are taking precautions for future.
