Nothing, see dislikes please coming from a person part of the organization for 24 months trying to give it a chance each week at first and each day in my 2nd year.

This is a crappy organization. Management will keep changing from airoli to chennai and vice versa every 3 months or so, you'll never settle literally as if you're on calls, you'll be moved to chats and if thats okay, you'll move on to dual chats and this ain't a transition, it will happen within days.! No proper coaching exists, so if you're low on AHT or thats a key area you feel you need to improve, if the crappy management notice they will move you to a new team directly so you're on different shifts, will not be motivated at all as people pnly raise questions no support, quality team will unnecessarily listen to your calls..not required..i had 3 team leaders and all of them were moved within 6 months personally only and nothing professional. So all in all, there's a lot of organizations there along the lines of sutherland mindspace is huge! Walk to the next lane don't regret later....Read More
