Team mates, training staff are good, more like a friends. We will fee more comfortable during training. Trainers are so cooperative.

I felt the salary is too low for a newbie. That demotivates and it affects the performance and dedication of the youngsters who seeks a new job
I started my career as Technical Support Executive. Over all training was for more than 45 days including communication training. Production floor was also good. 10 hours shift made work life balance painful, But overall experience was good
Dislikes
It never has holiday on festival as we had to support global clients. You can just take one day off on some other day. No compensation for working on holidays.
