Company can terminate you anytime, without even giving any prior notice. There is no job satisfaction all the managers are relatives of the company owner, so Management don't listen to recruiter problem. If someone try to open their mouth they will be fired.

The Company was located in My home town. CEO is helpful.

People leave the company due to Managers like Amar and Santosh who were not professional and only promoted Nepotism. The work must be delivered within the stipulated time.
