Don’t keep any hopes and big dreams by trusting this company. They will remove employees whenever they want. No job secure! . No standard treatment of employees. they’ll give stressful work . they won’t hire more employees they just put all the burden for one employee which work should be done by 3 or 4 employees. they will give youuntouchable target ,even though it’s achieved they won’t pay it later they will stupid reasons. The people who is satisfied only with the salary 10k or 12k you can work here even it is hard. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
