I like the employees of sun pharma but not like the working culture because to much work load and very less holidays we got. Moreover, they used to run the plant at holidays if they got huge market order. Moreover, there is no work life balance. I like the HR dept as they are very helpful.

Dislikes

I dislike the working culture. They use to take less employee and give high workload. Plant runs on holidays also with three sift. There is no work life balance and they didn't allow mobile phones inside the company but Hr and manager can take anroid phones and executive can bring small mobile phone with no camera. So I dislike this culture.

Work Details

I was a senior officer on quality assurance dept. When I was there I used to look after more than 13 packing line. It was hectic life for me. I dislike because they didn't allow us to bring a small mobile phone also. In Sunday also we have duties.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
