Likes

Flexible Timings, Good place to work for freshers as the team and CEO are too supportive. They believe in teamwork. No politics, Full Transparency, Honest feedback. If you are curious and passionate enough, you will learn a lot. Work-Life balance is good as there are holidays on Saturdays as same as in banks. Sometimes you need to stay longer after office hours if there is a workload which is common everywhere....Read More

Dislikes

Slower adaptability towards new technologies and methods. Basic job training is provided but for skills, you need to upgrade by yourself. No team outings, PF, Bonus, Health Insurance, or extra allowance.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
